XF Prep Station
Seahorse designed the XF Prep Station to prepare your culture plates for assay with the Seahorse XFe Analyzer. The XF Prep Station delivers fast, meticulous, and thorough washing of your cells, ensuring consistent assay conditions while offering unsurpassed ease-of-use. A simple, integrated interface within the XF Wave software controls all wash steps sequenced within the XF assay protocol.
Improves performance
Until now, XF users have had to manually remove and rinse cells of culture medium with a multi-channel pipettor prior to adding assay medium and pre-incubating in a non-CO2 incubator, often adding significant time and variation to their assay. Now you can simply program the medium wash protocol and the Seahorse XF Prep Station does the rest.
Complete bench top system
The XF Prep Station incorporates a non-CO2 incubator, media warmer, cell washer and media exchanger in a compact footprint that can be located adjacent to your XFe Analyzer and run by your existing XF applications software.
Add a Seahorse XF Prep Station to your XFe Extracellular Flux Analyzer and save valuable lab time while improving assay CV's and increasing the sensitivity of your ECAR measurements.
