XF Assay Medium is specially formulated, unbuffered DMEM for XF assays. This ready-made assay medium saves hours of your time. Simply add the supplements required by your experiment and adjust the pH. Each bottle is supplied with the buffer capacity information which will improve your data quality, while lot consistency decreases variability.

XF Assay medium is supplied in sterile 1 liter bottles and packaged two bottles per box.

Note: 102365-100 XF Assay Medium features the same formulation of unbuffered DMEM as 101022-100, with a lower concentration of phenol red, to deliver up to a 50% increase in ECAR signal. Download the XF Assay Medium Data Sheet.

XF Calibrant Solution

XF Calibrant Solution is optimized for XF sensor cartridge calibration. The calibrant is pre-mixed and ready to use. A 500ml bottle will calibrate 18 sensor cartridges. The calibrant should be stored at room temperature. The calibrant solution can be purchased individually or as part of a FluxPak.
